On 21-23 August 2012, Aaron Marcus provided two workshops to UX designers and UX software engineers in SAP Labs, Banagalore, India. The two-day workshop for senior UX desigers covered advanced topics such as cross-cultural UX design, mobile UX trends, information visualization, and aspects of design thinking and innovation. The one-day workhshop for software engineers covered UX development basics, such as personas and use scenarios, as well as working UX into Agile software development.
